Изменение уровня Fе+2/аскорбат индуцированного пол при синдромах асфиксии, гипервозбудимости, срыгивания, болевом синдроме и их сочетаниях у новорожденных

2012
Summary:Today many clinic-laboratory indicators are not enough efficient for early diagnostics of borderline situations which subsequently transform in newborn syndromes. It is especially problematic to predict development of bisyndromes when one characteristic syndrome associates with others. A hypoxia plays the key role in the pathochemistry of any newborn syndrome causing the development of an oxidizing stress. Unfortunately, features of an oxidizing stress and an antioxidant system aren´t studied at bisyndromes. The Fe+2/ascorbate induced peroxide lipid oxidation level allows to estimate the lipophylic antioxidant system state integrally and to predict the development of this or that newborn syndrome. Thus, the newborn syndromes such as hyperactivity, belching, pain, asphyxia and its combination associate with lipid oxidation decrease that come to izopropanol-soluble dien conjugates reduction in reply to an Fе +2/ascorbate system induction.
