Spatial and temporal turbulent velocity and vorticity power spectra from sound scattering.

International Center for Theoretical Physics, Strada Costiera 11, I-34100, Trieste, Italy(February 8, 2008)By performing sound scattering measurements with a detector array consisting of 62 elements ina flow between two counter-rotating disks we obtain the energy and vorticity power spectra directlyin both spatial and temporal domains.
