Hipotermia profunda. Técnica general.

Thc circuit and control apparatus used for the production of deep hypothermia by means of extracorporal circulation are described. Considerations are made about the hemodinamic and hematological alterations conditioned by the type and duration of the hipothermic perfusion. The pecularities of oxigenation at low temperatures are pointed. A comparative study of the thermic gradients al different sites are performed.
