Revision of Calculation Chart for Wind Wave Factors of Deep Water in Code for Sea Port Hydrology

It is a convenient method to estimate design wave parameters by utilizing calculation chart for wind wave factors in case there is no observed hydrologic data at engineering site.On the base of recommended method and corresponding equations,a more accurate chart for wind wave factors of deep water is given to revise the chart in effect in code for sear port hydrology.
