The invention discloses a device and method for preparing a stable-structure pull-expanded compound yarn based on thermofuse yarn adhesion. The device for preparing the stable-structure pull-expanded compound yarn based on the thermofuse yarn adhesion comprises a multi-position yarn guide for performing the zero-twist doubling on a rigid filament yarn and at least two thermofuse yarns, and feeding an elastic filament yarn and a doubled yarn of the rigid filament yarn and the thermofuse yarns into a yarn feeding and controlling mechanism of a gathering twisting mechanism by the multi-position yarn guide, and the gathering twisting mechanism for performing the co-twisting on the elastic filament yarn and the doubled yarn of the rigid filament yarn and the thermofuse yarns. The spinning device is simple and easy in operation, convenient to implement, low in cost and suitable for continuous production, popularization and application. The obtained pull-expanded compound yarn has the stable structure and the unique performance, and can be used for human motion protective fabrics.
