[Wilms' tumor in adults].

: The Authors report a case of Wilms' tumor in a 38-year-old woman. Through a review of such neoplastic condition some etiopathogenetic and clinical considerations are made. It is concluded that postsurgical adjuvant therapy in adulthood must not differ from that of childhood.
