Sintering cup experimental device with adjustable material bed height

2005
The utility model relates to a sintering cup testing device with an adjustable material layer height, which comprises a sintering cup body, a supporting frame, an upper flange and a lower flange, wherein the outer wall of the sintering cup body is symmetrically provided with two lifting shafts and the supporting frame is arranged in the sintering cup body. Grate strips are arranged on the supporting frame, and the supporting frame is matched with the bottom thread in the sintering cup body. The upper and the lower flanges are arranged at both ends of the sintering cup body, and a reverse mechanism is buckled with the lifting shafts to realize that the sintering cup body is moved and reversed. When tested, sintering mix materials are arranged on the grate strips and the sintering cup is arranged on an air sucking pipeline. After ignited, the air above the sintering cup is sucked in a sintering mix material layer, the mix materials take place materializing reaction to generate a liquid phase. After cooled, the air is solidified into sintering ore. Then, the sintering cup is reversed, the sintering ore in the sintering cup is poured and tested and the test is completed. The utility model uses the same sintering cup body to carry out the sintering test for different material layer heights, and can also carry out non-stage adjustment. Thus, the utility model not only reduces the cost of a sintering test device, but also simplifies the operation link of the test and lowers the labor intensity of the test.
