Quantitative Evaluation System on Medical Ethics Archive

The paper discussed the limitations of the qualitative records and analysis of medical ethics archive,and pointed out that a simple qualitative record cannot reflect the whole picture of individual ethics realm.Through a detailed quantitative analysis of items involving behavior and content of ethics evaluation,a preliminary index system for medical ethics archive quantitative assessment was obtained.In demonstration practice,quantitative assessment of the hospital staff in 2011 was performed,which made ethics archive truly play a role of regulatory,constraints,lead and promotion.
