Profitability and profit of the catering industries may be promoted by saving energy and reducing energy consumption.Four restaurants and eight courses of dishes are sampled in the aspect of the standardized production and development of Jinhua well-known dishes and snacks.The adoption of various methods,such as documentary analysis,questionnaire and empirical study proves that the standardization is a sound access to that target,and corresponding strategies are put forward for the reference of other cuisine styles or catering industries.
