A load-bearing self-thermal insulation wall body for casting in place is characterized by being mainly composed of two light high-strength wallboard surface layers arranged in parallel at an interval, and a light high-strength foam concrete core layer filling the cavity between the two light high-strength wallboard surface layers. A preparation method of the load-bearing self-thermal insulation wall body comprises preparing the light high-strength wallboard surface layers, preparing the foam concrete, mounting the light high-strength wallboard surface layers, and pouring by pumping the foam concrete between the two light high-strength wallboard surface layers to form a composite wallboard. By employing the invention, a light high-strength plate with appropriate specification can be customized according to the requirements of the construction environment, and integrated wall surface pouring is directly carried out to obtain a novel wall body having an ABA type composite interlayer structure and integrated with load bearing and thermal insulation.
