Analysis of the mode of deformation of bone tissue in the region ol extracted tooth was performed by means of the method of finite element modeling. The aim of estimation consists in calculation of optimal parameters of bridge prosthesis restoring dentition defect. The level of stress occurring in bone tissue should approach the initial state of alveolar process bone. This condition permits to prevent development of secondary dentition deformations. As a result of investigations carried out, rational construction of different thickness bridge prosthesis was developed. Efficiency of application of the construction suggested was clinically confirmed.
