Simultaneous polarographic determination of bisulfite and iproniazid in gel formulations

Abstract A polarographic method is described for the simultaneous determination of sodium bisulfite and iproniazid in gel formulations. The standard deviation for the bisulfite determination was ± 0.00 2 % and the precision ts at the 95% confidence level was ± 0.00 3 %. The standard deviation for the iproniazid determination was ± 0.03% and the precision ts at the 95% confidence level was ± 0.07%.
