Research on Protecting Migrant Workers' Basic Cultural Rights and Interests:Based on the Considerations of the Cultural Supply and Demand of Hangzhou's Migrant Workers

The "Migrant workers' basic cultural rights and interests protection" research group conducted a survey and site visits on the supply and demand status of migrant workers' cultural services in Hangzhou.On the basis of the objective evaluation of the development trend in protecting the basic cultural rights and interests of Hangzhou's migrant workers and clearly pointed existing problems,it puts forward a specific,detailed,and rational strategic arrangement.It proposes the building of systematic and standardized protection mechanisms of the basic cultural rights and interests of migrant workers,through government policies promotion,community-led operation,and joint society support.It highlights that the basic cultural protection for migrant workers(minimal culture assurance) is an important responsibility of governments at all levels.
