Issues on Social Survey of the Minor Criminal Case

The social investigation about the minors criminal cases has been carried out in our country for ten years.But due to the lack of laws and regulations,in the process of the minor criminal cases in investigation,the research subject,the investigation procedure,investigation report paper does not have uniform standard,the practice is different all over the country.Although the new criminal procedural law has made specific provision,but the details of the investigation has still no provisions.Therefore,the following research is necessary,the subject of social investigation around the minor criminal cases,social investigation procedure starting point and social investigation report properties.
