The invention belongs to the technical field of high molecular fine chemical engineering, and discloses a modified epoxy resin seepage-prevention and leak-stopping grouting material and a modified epoxy resin seepage-prevention and leak-stopping method for concrete in an arctic-alpine area. The modified epoxy resin grouting material is prepared from 40 to 60 parts of modified epoxy resin, 25 to 50 parts of active diluting agent, 10 to 20 parts of curing agent and 2 parts of accelerating agent, and is obtained by mixing the modified epoxy resin, the active diluting agent, the curing agent and the accelerating agent at 0 to 5 DEG C. The modified epoxy resin grouting material is lower in viscosity at a low temperature, good in toughness and good in freezing and thawing resisting cycle performance, is not obviously decreased in mechanical performance after undergoing a freezing-and-thawing cycle for above 50 times, is sufficient in operating time, is appropriate in curing time, has the curing time which is approximately 10h to 15h after the mixing, is guaranteed in use effect through the appropriate curing time, and is good in bonding performance. The adopted grouting material has the wet-base-surface bonding strength which is more than 4MPa and the dry-base-surface bonding strength which is more than 3.5MPa; thus, the use requirement of a project in the arctic-alpine area can be met.
