This paper investigates the influence of human resource practices on the employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the pharmaceutical companies in India. The world of human resource management is changing more rapidly than we can imagine. Recognizing these challenges of the organization has created the need for fundamental advances in human resource management. This paper also suggests certain possible solution to the above said problem.
