The present invention provides a system and method for monitoring the total lifetime calendar steam turbine components at low cycle fatigue and creep effects in the turbine components to achieve a low cycle fatigue life and creep effect total quantitative assessment and monitoring of the calendar. Total lifetime calendar turbine components at low cycle fatigue and creep effect monitoring system includes a database server, compute server, web server, and the client browser. In the design and use of the turbine stage, if the member under low cycle fatigue life and creep effect of total failure monitoring calendar, by reducing the average number of operating hours of the steam turbine to reduce the annual average number of starts and the number of load change, so that the turbine member at low cycle fatigue life and creep total calendar effect under control, to control the overall life of the turbine section of the calendar technical effect, provides a technical basis for the life prediction and life extension of the safe operation of the steam turbine high pressure cylinder.
