The invention relates to a manufacturing method of 2297-T87 aluminum lithium alloy aeronautical parts, and belongs to the manufacturing technology of the aluminum alloy aeronautical parts. According to the method, the fatigue performance of the parts can be improved, and the service life is prolonged. The higher requirement is provided for the service life of a new-generation airplane main force bearing structure, the new material and the new technology are greatly applied, and a 2297-T87 aluminum lithium alloy thick plate is a new-generation material for manufacturing a large complex main force bearing component of an airplane, and a manufactured part has the good fatigue life; the 2297-T87 aluminum lithium alloy thick plate has the higher texture strengthening and toughening effect, and in the preparing process, the large-prestretching deformation amount is adopted to regulate and control the toughness of the material; and according to the manufacturing method of the 2297-T87 aluminum lithium alloy aeronautical parts, the method is adopted to improve the fatigue performance of the parts, and the service life is prolonged.
