Экономические затраты и медицинские проблемы при аллергических заболеваниях у детей в Приморском крае

Pharmaeconomic analysis of bronchial asthma and atopic dermatitis in children living in Primorsky Krai are presented in this article. The fiscal region policy, the factors of cost and losses, the evaluation of the disease influence on a child's life quality and a family as a whole are described in the article. The conducted studies showed that economic losses due to allergic diseases in children of Primorsky krai are significant both for a child and a family, the most part of the expenses being spent on pharmacotherapy, the sanatoria and health resorts treatment. It is also a strong burden for the Russia health care system as a whole. New approaches to pharmacotherapy of allergic diseases allow achieving control, cutting down expenses and negative effect of the disease.
