Experimental investigation of microwave induced d.c. voltage across unbiased bridge of YBaCuO bulk

Abstract In this paper some observations on microwave induced d.c. voltage phenomenon, or called the inverse a.c. Josephson effect, are reported. The bridge of YBaCuO bulk was used and microwave worked in X band. At zero d.c. bias the junction may be induced several quantized voltages levels in different ranges of microwave power. The experimental results are consistent with theoretical analysis on the inverse a.c. Josephson effect.
