Recurrent priapism in the young patient treated with baclofen
2006
Abstract Recurrent priapism may lead to erectile dysfunction; its treatment is aimed at the prevention of new episodes. We report a case of idiopathic recurrent priapism in a 15-year-old patient. He was treated with oral baclofen, starting with a daily dose of 10 mg that was increased to 30 mg to achieve control of symptoms. After a 6-month follow up, he reported no recurrence or side effects.
