An full-automatic card cutting device comprises a cam connecting rod mechanism, a paper pressing beam, a paper pressing plate, an upper knife rest, a paper trimming upper knife, a lower knife rest, a paper trimming lower knife, a primary upper cutting knife, a primary lower cutting knife, a front paper transfer roller, a cam separator, a stopping side, an inclined roller, a secondary upper cutting knife, a secondary lower cutting knife, a back paper transfer roller and a power system, wherein the cam connecting rod mechanism is arranged at the outer sides of the two wallboards; the two ends of the paper pressing beam are connected with the cam connecting rod mechanism; the upper knife rest is placed at the back of the paper pressing beam; the lower knife rest is closely adjacent to the upper knife rest and is fixed between the two wallboards; the primary upper cutting knife and the primary lower cutting knife are arranged between the two wallboards at the back of the upper knife rest; two groups of the front paper transfer rollers are respectively arranged at the front and the back of the upper knife rest; the inclined roller is arranged in a deflecting transfer channel; and the secondary upper cutting blade and the secondary lower cutting blade are arranged at the terminal end of the deflecting transfer channel. The full-automatic card cutting device has the advantages of achieving the complete automation of cutting continuous cards, having a high cutting speed and a high cutting quality, saving the labor power and reducing the production cost.
