Design Match of Thrust Rod in Heavy Engineering Truck

The power's date of thrust rod calculated in the extreme condition by establishing the model of equalizing suspension based on domestic some style heavy engineering truck in this paper. The factual malfunction of thrust rod and optimal design the thrust rod's frame was combine by assistant analysis of CAE. And the torsional, tensile, bending and fatigue tests of optimized thrust rod showed that the optimized thrust rod was accord with the requirements of heavy engineering truck's execrably working condition.
