Advantage of the present invention are: the realization of the V-Ti magnetite ore sorting efficient, low alkali consumption, reduce impurities into the blast furnace and Si, Al, especially the content of harmful impurities TiO2, S, improve utilization factor blast furnace, reduce the high slag emissions and reduce ironmaking costs, smelting process to solve the high S content, serious pollution problems; and improve the comprehensive utilization of titanium resources.
