The invention relates to a Cl point corrosion resistant super martensitic stainless steel and a heat treatment method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of steel and iron materials. The super martensitic stainless steel comprises the following chemical components: 0.01 to 0.03 percent of C, less than 0.4 percent of Mn, less than 0.3 percent of Si, 11 to 15 percent of Cr, 5 to 7 percent of Ni, 2 to 2.5 percent of Mo and 1/2W, 0 to 3 percent of Cu, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The Cl point corrosion resistant super martensitic stainless steel is prepared by quenching and tempering. The material can be used as a material for equipment of oil exploitation in deep wells and deep seas, hydroelectric power generation and oil and natural gas delivery.
