Presentation of a Patient with Enterocutaneous Fistula as a Postoperative Complication

The enterocutaneous fistulas are a serious surgical problem of high mobility and mortality. Its treatment is mainly with medications, but sometimes due to its progress and characteristics it requires surgical treatment. The postoperative fistulas are the most common ones among enterocutaneous fistulas. A patient with a postoperative fistula of high debit was reported in this paper with favorable progress and spontaneous closure with conservative treatment.
