The psychiatric department nurse professional manner investigation and the relevant analysis which grades with SCL-90

Objective To understand the psychiatric department nurse professional manner and its relations with the psychological health condition. Methods To make self-restraint professional manner questionaine and the SCL-90 evaluation on 105 psychiatric departments nurses,and analyze its relevant factors. Results Some factors were found. Conclusion The psychiatric department nurses generally felt big work risk ,the majority are diligently professional and are satisfied with their work performance.Psychiatric department nurse′s mental status may be influenced by age,body condition,profession value,family support and etc.
