Coexistence of azygous pericallosal artery with aneurysm

: The authors describe three cases of successfully surgically treated of aneurysms of the brain associated with absence of one pericallosal artery. Despite the rarity of such anomaly these cases are important in view of a possible damage to the only remaining pericallosal artery.
