Wavelength modulation study of CdGeAs2

Abstract Reflectivity spectra and their derivatives with respect to the wavelength are obtained on CdGeAs 2 by using a wavelength modulation method. The structures observed corresponding to optical transitions are in good agreement with electronic transitions deduced from a recent pseudopotential calculation taking into account the spin-orbit interaction by Polygalov and Poplavnoi.
