Tuberculosis of the paranasal sinuses: a case report

O ver recent ye a rs, tuberculosis has become a real public health pro blem in industri a l i zed countries wh e re this disease was previously rare, due to the growth of some diseases such as the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). S eve ral sporadic cases of tuberculosis of the paranasal sinuses have been rep o rted in the literat u re. The authors rep o rt an original case of tuberculous pansinusitis presenting in the form of persistent purulent rhinorrhoea. (Fr ORL-2007;93:347-349)
