[Translocation 46,X, t(Y;7)(q122;q11) in a case of male sterility].

The authors report a case of Y-autosome translocation in a 30-year old infertile male subject. Y-autosome translocations are relatively rare. Systematic surveys conducted among newborns confirm the exceptional character of this occurence as no Y-autosome translocation was reported among 50000 newborns studied at the time of their birth.
