Improving the performance of parts and tools made from alloy steel, steel is an urgent problem industries. Preparation of high-resistant performance impacts of products from die steels is an important task in materials science. This work is being done in the following areas: production of new materials and improvement of traditional methods of their manufacture, to improve their mechanical properties. The performance characteristics of stamps depends largely on a combination of strength and plastic properties of the obtained product out of complex die steels. For this work blowing in different directions related to the improvement of the traditional thermal processing and holding it in conjunction with other forms of treatment: ultrasound, thermomechanical, thermochemical, etc. Use of magneto-thermal processing makes it possible to obtain such changes in the structure of steel, which provide enhanced plastic properties without sacrificing mechanical properties.
