The invention relates to a photon structure having large angle chromatic dispersion light split ability. The photon structure having the large angle chromatic dispersion light split ability is of a three dimensional structure, and formed by compositing a one dimensional multilayer composite membrane and a two dimensional quasi-periodicity diffraction grating, wherein the two dimensional quasi-periodicity diffraction grating penetrates through the one dimensional multilayer composite membrane, and the one dimensional multilayer composite membrane is set in a periodical mode. Compared with the prior art, the magnitude of angular dispersion rate is one magnitude order higher than the magnitude of angular dispersion rate of a common optical grating, and reaches 10-2rad/nm. The magnitude of the angular dispersion rate of the traditional optical grating is 10-3rad/nm. Angular dispersion power of the photon structure having the large angle chromatic dispersion light split ability is one magnitude order higher than that of the common optical grating. Accordingly, a large angle chromatic dispersion light split can be achieved.
