This essay analyes the probable problem of fuzzy control applying in turbine governor,point out that applying fuzzy PI parallel connection pattern in turbine governor is a good way. Increment fuzzy control possesses the better dynamic static norm and the stronger roubest. It gives the basis of fuzzy control applying in turbine governor.
