Natriuretic and Antinatriuretic Agents

After administration of diuretics no change in the concentrations of sodium and potassium was found in the proximal convoluted tubule of rat and dog kidney. Our experiments confirmed these observations. In addition it seemed advisable to investigate the reabsorption of anions under the same conditions.
