Combination detection of MCP-1 and RANTES chemotactic factors in patients with acute coronary syndrome

2012
Objective:To investigate the roles of combination detection of MCP-1 and RANTES chemotactic factors in early detection, risk and prognosis assessment of patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and compare with serum hs-CRP.Methods:360 patients were divided into 3 groups undergoing the coronary angiography,ACS group(n=180),stable angina pectoris(SAP) group(n=120),control group(n=60).Some patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were divided into 3 groups to undergo MSCT,atherosclerotic calcified plaque group(n=45),atherosclerotic fiber plaque group(n=38),atherosclerotic soft plaque group(n=60).Enzyme-linked immunosorent assay was used to measure the concentration of MCP-1,RANTES and hs-CRP.Results:Significantly increasing of MCP-1,RANTES and hs-CRP concentration was observed in ACS group compared to SAP group and control group(P0.05).Significantly increasing of MCP-1,RANTES were observed in atherosclerotic soft plaque group compared to atherosclerotic calcified plaque group and atherosclerotic fiber plaque group. The effect of comibantion detection of MCP-1 and RANTES binary logistic to predict ACS was much better than the general hs-CRP binary logistic way.By the comibantion detection of MCP-1 and RANTES binary logistic way,the accuracy of positive rate was 88.9%,the accuracy of negative rate was 92.2%,the accuracy of total was 90.6%.Compare to the hs-CRP binary logistic way,the accuracy of positive rate was 82.8%,the accuracy of negative rate was 83.3%,the accuracy of total was 82.8%.Conclusion:The effect of comibination detection chemotactic factors to predict ACS is better compare to hs-CRP measurement, and multi-chemotactic factors' combination detection maybe come to be markers of predicting the unstability of plaques.
