Mathematical modelling for the obtainment of micronized celluloses from B, C type medicinal cottonwool, for usage in pharmaceutics

Cotton cellulose was micronized by hydrolytic acid treatment. The influence of acid concentration, temperature and duration of the process on the yield and characteristics of the micronized product was investigated. The results were computer-processed, the functions correlating the properties analyzed with the hydrolysis parameters being thus obtained. On this basis, the optimal conditions for the hydrolytic treatment were established
