Оценка состояния противотуберкулезной службы сотрудниками учреждений фтизиатрического профиля

The current national healthcare reformation means not only the optimization of the infrastructure but also a lot of efforts to change the system of postgraduate training, implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols, medical assistance procedures, involvement of managers at various levels to improve the on-site quality of care. The article tells about the results of a survey involving participants of the III Congress of the National Association of TB specialists. The survey investigated the attitude of managers at different levels, from different regions of Russia, to the level of TB postgraduate training and the current regulatory framework, equipment, staffing and results of their work.
