Balcony railing with integrated wind shield

A balcony railing having pillars balcony and protection integrated wind, characterized in that the balcony railing (1) is integrated with an adjustable window panel (8) which is movable up and down and that the balcony railing ( 1) is glass sheets (3) fixed between the pillars of a balcony (2), which is also integrated the glass panel (8) so that may run vertically up and down the pillars of the balcony (2) and wherein the glass panel (8) is constituted by a glass sheet (5) in a frame (4), and further wherein the glass panel (8) is balanced by a counterweight (6) so that rises and low operation by one hand.
