Vehicle-mounted device with mobile television and implementation method thereof

The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted device with a mobile television and an implementation method thereof, wherein the vehicle-mounted device comprises a signal-receiving chip and a central processing chip, the signal-receiving chip is used for receiving CMMB (China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting) signals and demodulating the received CMMB signals, the central processing chip is connected with the signal-receiving chip, and comprises a conversion unit and a transmission unit, the conversion unit converts the demodulated CMMB signals into audio signals and video signals according to the instruction of a user, and the transmission unit transmits the audio signals and the video signals to a host. The implementation method includes the following steps: receiving CMMB signals and demodulating the received CMMB signals; according to the instruction of the user, converting the demodulated CMMB signals into audio signals and video signals; and transmitting the audio signals and the video signals to the host. The invention ensures that clear CMMB television programs can be watched as a vehicle moves, and is highly convenient, real-time and flexible.
