The utility model relates to an electric pre-alarming grounding wire operating rod. The operating rod consists of a conducting wire clip, an electromagnetic induction wire, an alarming horn, an electric induction chip, a battery, a self-testing button and a grounding wire operating rod. One section of grounding wire operating rod outer casing is half dug from the grounding wire operating rod. One circuit board provided with the alarming horn, the electric induction chip, the battery and the self-testing button is embedded in the outer casing. A power supply circuit of the electric induction chip is connected with the battery. An output circuit of the electric induction chip is connected with the alarming horn in series, and is connected with the self-testing button in parallel. An input circuit of the electric induction chip is connected with the induction wire. The induction wire is fixed on both sides of the conducting wire clip. The self-testing button is embedded on the surface of the outer casing. The outer casing is connected with a screw of the grounding wire operating rod, or the circuit board is embedded in the lower end of the grounding wire operating rod. The self-testing button is arranged on the surface of the grounding wire operating rod which is arranged on a handle sheath, and the alarming horn is arranged on a tail cover of the grounding wire operating rod. The tail cover is provided with a voice through hole.
