Therapy of varicose veins. Duplex sonography as a decision aid

: Venous aneurysms are rare, but they can be source of pulmonary embolism. In two cases of venous aneurysm of lower extremity we show, that duplex ultrasound is usefull in diagnosis of venous aneurysms and in finding of the best therapy.
