Semiconductor chip and system for physiological body fluid multi-index joint detection

2011
A semiconductor chip and a system for physiological body fluid multi-index joint detection belong to the field of semiconductor sensors, detection systems of the semiconductor sensors and biomedical examination. By the aid of immunoassay, semiconductor device physics and the process thereof, the semiconductor chip and the system realize unmarked joint detection of various physiological indexes and have the function of addressing. A light source cavity is arranged on the lower surface of a p-type Si (silicon) substrate, a silicon dioxide layer and a silicon nitride layer are sequentially positioned on the p-type Si substrate from bottom to top, a levodopa sensitive membrane is prepared on the upper surface of the silicon nitride layer, and a light source point on a light source array chip is embedded into the light source cavity and aligned with a sensitive unit, so that the semiconductor chip and the system have the advantage of high-precision light addressing. A measurement and control system for the chip comprises an electrochemical workstation, a lock-in amplifier, a light source controller and a computer. The semiconductor chip and the system adopt microfluid technology in the sample application process, so that sample application cost can be reduced. The detection process is unmarked, various detected physiological indexes of physiological body fluids can be converted into electric signals between a working electrode and a counter electrode, and the electric signals are acquired and recorded in real time. Simultaneously, by the aid of the levodopa sensitive membrane, better biological compatibility is achieved.
