Further containing a total amount of 0.5 mass% or more selected from Ni: 4.0 mass% or less and Mn: at least one of 2.0 mass% or less, and contains Ti: Ti content is defined as the [Ti]% by mass, the C content is set to [C]% by mass, the N content is set to [N] during mass%, with [Ti] / 4 ([C] + [N]) is represented by RTi value of 1 to 10. Al content is 3.0 mass%, P content is 0.2 mass% or less.
