Analysis and discussion of quality acceptance situation of Chinese herbal medicine in our hospital

Objective: To understand the Chinese herbal medicine quality acceptance in order to provide qualified Chinese herbal medicine as a basis for clinical.Methods: The statistics of Chinese herbal medicine acceptance in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xuzhou City from Jan 2009 to dec 2010 were summarized,then analyzed the reasons for rejecting substandard Chinese herbal medicine.Results: There were 5 495 batches of Chinese herbal medicine accepted in 2 years,of which 303 batches pieces were rejected with unqualified,accounting for batches of 5.51% of total acceptance.Conclusion: The ratio of the bad taste and fake Chinese herbal medicine is higher,it should be strengthen the quality acceptance of Chinese herbal medicine,and improved the quality of Chinese herbal medicine to ensure the safe and effective in clinical treatment.
