The invention provides a carrier communication testing system. The carrier communication testing system comprises a concentrator, n-1 serial-parallel topology selector switches, n attenuators, n sets of electric energy meters, a detectaphone, a recording controller and a computer, wherein the first end, the second end and the third end of the first serial-parallel topology selector switch are respectively connected with the concentrator, the first end of one attenuator and the second end of the other attenuator; each set of the electric energy meter is connected with the second end of one attenuator; one end of the detectaphone is connected between the concentrator and the serial-parallel topology selector switches and the other end of the detectaphone is connected with the computer; and the recording controller is connected between the electric energy meters and the computer. According to the carrier communication testing system disclosed by the invention, a topology structure of a carrier communication system is changed through the serial-parallel topology selector switches; and aiming at different connection states, a test on carrier communication routing performance parameters is realized through the connection between the computer and the concentrator, and between the computer and the electric energy meters.
