Internship at European Centre for Minority Issues, Flensburg (Germany)

My experience at European Centre for Minority Issues (ECMI) widened my research interest, which this report will explain in two parts. The first part will describe the environment of the placement and tasks I conducted there together with my personal growth through it. The second part will show the theoretical framework my experience at ECMI would fit and its application to the research on the Dutch policies which show the reluctance for accepting cultural diversity.
