The present invention relates to a method of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose ether prepared using high viscosity and high degree of jute, there is provided a viscous elastic small, small drag special yarn sodium carboxymethylcellulose, suitable as printing pastes. The process is to pre-processing jute, complex alkali treatment, bleaching, and drying, to obtain a purified cellulose grade jute, and then basified at low temperature basic nitrogen oxygen barrier environment, low magnification ethanol as medium feeding segment, heating trapezoidal, with chloroacetic acid as an etherifying agent etherifying the alkali cellulose, carboxymethyl 1.0,1% degree of etherification of the product obtained solution viscosity of greater than 400mPa.s, 2.5% viscosity greater than 10000 mPa.s, PVI is greater than 0.50, drag wire is less than 5mm. Very suitable for printing paste. The present invention effectively reduces the production cost of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose to obtain high-grade models, but also to find a way for the high value of jute abundant resources, product stability, process reliability, cost more low, has good market prospects.
