Effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine on the IL-1,IL-2 of chronic glomerulonephritis model rats

Aim To explore the effect of the acupuncture and the moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine on IL-1,IL-2 of the chronic glomerulonephritis model rat.Methods The resultant treatment was observed by the way of mouse thymocytes proliferation of the acupuncture with Chinese medicine on IL-1,IL-2 of experimental rats which injecting the bovine serum-albumen through caudal vein.Results After treatment,IL-1,IL-2 of every group fell.There was a significant difference between acupuncture and the moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine group and control group(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment of a cupuncture and the moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine can restrain the release of IL-1and IL-2,accommodate immunity,and its function mechanism may relate to accommodation of immunity.
