Urina – aspect citologic şi noţiuni de microbiologie

2018
Routine urine analyses are mainly fast-track methods with low costs that can be performed at any hospital or clinic. The results are useful in variable situations, not limited to information about the pathology of the urinary system and should be interpreted in a clinical context, in conjunction with additional investigations (biochemistry, ultrasound etc.). A complete urinary profile provides critical information about renal function, acid-base balance, and other systems in the body. It is recommended to collect urine samples at the same time as blood for hematology and biochemistry, without pretreatment (including intravenous fluids). From the point of view of the equipment, the basics necessary for the examination of the samples are: centrifuge, microscope, refractometer and dipstick tests.
